Pre Production Proof: Domestic Item: $75.00 (G). Production Time: 2-3 Days. If revisions are made to any Pre Production proofs, a new pre production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply.
Speculative Sample: Spot Color - $75.00 (G), plus setup charges, cost of the item and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Photoimage ® Full Color Imprint Spec Samples- $160.00 (G), plus setup charges, cost of the item and cost of any additional color per unit running charges and freight charges. Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price. Only select items within the catalog are available at less than minimum quantities. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blank. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!)
Please note: Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Pouches are intended for individual use and cannot be compared for perfect alignment. Also, if stored or transported in extreme heat, ink may offset when pouches are stacked on one another. In our best efforts to ensure greater customer satisfaction, we try avoid, when possible, the use of warning labels that can send unfavorable marketing messages to consumers. We go through great efforts to source our products from reliable vendors that supply products that will meet Cal Prop 65 requirements without the application of Prop 65 warning labels that can alarm end users and consumers. However, some items cannot be reformulated to use materials that contain a listed chemical, so in such cases, we have no choice but to apply a Prop 65 warning label on the product to meet the regulation’s warning requirements.
ART FORMAT COMPATIBILITY: Vector art in EPS, AI or PDF formate is required for all spot color and laser engraved imprints. High res (300DPI) pixel image formats such as JPG, PNG or TIF are acceptable for full color imprints. All type should be converted to outlines, or have the requisite OTF and/or TTF font files included with the art. Note: Due to potential compatibility issues with vector art formats, if your artwork falls outside the artboard/preview window, Innovation cannot be responsible for any copy or logo that is layered, lost or hidden and will not print.
